Refund policy

DOA note : Must show video of non moving critters within 1 hour of arrival for partial refund based on what's not moving up to full refund. Packaging provided will survive basic daily retrieval in most situations, but DOA is void if chosen to not verify status of various microfauna in a timely manner. Tracking is provided.
